The management of natural resources (NRM) and environmental conservation are essential elements in sustainable development and ecological preservation. The sustainable use and preservation of biodiversity, water, land, and air resources are all part of natural resource management. It will take the confluence of scientific knowledge, technological advancements, and participatory government to achieve this equilibrium. To lessen the effects of human activity on the environment, strategies including ecosystem-based management, adaptive management, and encouraging sustainable practises among local populations are crucial. NRM is essential for improving resilience and adjusting ecosystems to changing climatic conditions in the context of climate change. Sustainable agriculture, water conservation, and reforestation are essential for preserving ecological balance and ensuring the welfare of human populations and biodiversity. The abstract also looks at the problems caused by urbanisation, industrialization, and population growth all of which frequently lead to higher demands on natural resources. It will need creative policy formulation, global cooperation, and the use of best practises in resource management to strike a balance between these demands and conservation initiatives.
