Concern has recently been raised over the careless and irresponsible application of chemical fertilizers in agriculture to visualize the significance of nutrient balance in crop production and prevent long-term soil degradation. Based on soil health analysis, the soil health card (SHC) gives farmers the information they need to utilize fertilizer effectively when growing crops. The SHC is a straightforward document that provides helpful information about soil health, including nutrient availability and physical and chemical characteristics, based on a chemical analysis of the soil. Additionally, farmers can access the soil health card online. The degree of positive or negative disposition linked with farmers toward the application and utility of the soil health card must be studied immediately to comprehend the sentiments of farmers against this system. Therefore, the current study aimed to understand farmers' perceptions of the soil health certificate. There were 120 holders of soil health cards in two blocks of the Jabalpur district when the study was carried out. The results also show that the greatest percentage of farmers with soil health cards had favorable attitudes regarding the card (11.97%), which were followed by less favorable attitudes (83.76%) and most favorable attitudes (4.27%).
